Committed to Education

Steps Montessori's story begins with Lorraine Lund. She began Steps Montessori with 20 students. Since then, Steps has continued to grow and has become a cherished part of the Great Lakes Bay Region. Today, Steps has nonprofit 501 (c)(3) status.

We operate with the belief that the first few years of our children's lives are critical in terms of learning.  As such, it is our goal to ensure our children get the best possible start during pre-school.  Our teachers play an important role in kindling our little ones' curiosity to prepare them for lifelong learning. We are committed to making our children's first STEPS educationally sound.
